Public media is important to us
- because of equality of arms. Comprehensive coverage in the press, radio and television is indispensable for the prevention of fraud and claims on the capital market.
With our extensive media work we pursue different goals. Primarily, we want to shed light on problem cases or grievances and help against the widespread lobbying of banks and financial institutions to fight successfully.
In addition, we hope to strongly influence the legislature through the public opinion and thus to finally achieve a more effective investor protection.
On top of that, the enforcement of legitimate investor claims is often easier when the courts are already informed about apparent grievances by relevant media reports.
In any case, we thank all journalists for their support.
