Lawyer Matthias Berger

Matthias Berger has worked as a licensed lawyer since 2005 and as a lawyer specializing in banking and capital market law since 2010. Trained as a banker and financial assistant he completed his law studies at the University of Mannheim and the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. Following a training at Commerzbank AG, with a focus on securities compliance and money laundering Matthias Berger worked as a Senior Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers AG WPG for two years. In 2008 he also successfully completed the course to acquire the title "specialist lawyer for tax law." Since 2010 Matthias Berger's extensive experience in banking and capital markets law has been a valuable addtion to law firm KWAG.
