Lawyer Mathias Hufländer

Mathias Hufländer has been working as a lawyer at KWAG since the foundation of the law firm. After studying law, he was already employed at the Bremen law firm as a trainee and gained first experiences in commercial and investment law. His focus is on the enforcement of claims by aggrieved investors of closed-end funds. In addition, Mathias Hufländer is concerned with atypical silent partnership and the liability of brokers and investment advisers.
